Terms and Conditions:
Reservation:
An advance payment of 30 % of the rental is required to ensure a fixed reservation. Please pass this amount to Alquileres Villamar S.L., c/ El Verderol n° 83, E-03720 Benissa by bank transfer. As soon as we will have received this payment a written confirmation will be given. The balance of the holiday costs must be received by us not later than four weeks before arrival.
Cancellation:
In case you are compelled to cancel your holiday 25 % of the total rental will be withheld if the cancellation is more than 45 days before arrival date. Between 45 and 10 days, 50 % will be payable, and 100 % will be charged if cancellation takes place less than 10 days before arrival.
Lost of reservation:
If you do not arrive within 48 hours after beginning of the rental period, or give notice of later arrival, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled by you. In this case 100 % of the rental will be payable. Your booking remain valid, if your later arrival will be within that timeperiod corresponding to the advance payment.
Alternative Accommodation:
Normally you spend your holidays in that object confirmed to you. Sometimes unforeseeable circumstances will make it impossible to occupy this accommodation. In these cases Alquileres Villamar S.L. reserves the right to make a change. The alternative will be of an equivalent standard, but may be within a radius of 10 miles from the originally booked object.
Complaints:
Information of any grievances or problems that may exist on arrival shall be given within 48 h to Alquileres Villamar S.L., to give us the possibility to resolve them immediately. In case you are not satisfied with the cleaness the agency shall be informed directly. For any other assistance you may need during your vacation you may contact us as well.
Use of the property:
You are responsible for the property and expected to take all reasonable care of it. This does also mean leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
It is not allowed
- changing or moving the furniture in the accommodation or to realize constructions respectively repairs without written authorization
- exceeding the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. The number of authorized persons - due to the given description - has to be respected
- taking explosives, flammable or other materials into the accommodation which can cause any damage or inconveniences to the neighbourhood
- to undertake anything which infringes the rules of living together, disturbing health, well-being or peace of the neighbours
- bringing any pets with you without being notified or authorized through Alquileres Villamar S.L.
otherwise Alquileres Villamar S.L. reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately without paying back the rental.
Liability:
Alquileres Villamar S.L. will not be liable for any loss, thefts, damage or uninsured accidents which might occur to you and your party, your belongings. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the supply of water, electricity or gas respectively any constructions in the surrounding of the accommodation which is beyond our control or affected by force majeure. For any difference in furniture from the photos published Alquileres Villamar S.L. shall be not liable.
Departure:
After expiration of the contracted timeperiod
you have to leave the accommodation. Otherwise the triple amount of the daily
rental will be payable for each additional day. Besides Alquileres Villamar S.L.
may take juridical steps into consideration.
Days of change are Saturdays: Arrival 16 - 19 h
Departure 8 - 10 h
In case it is foreseeable that you will not be able to arrive in time you are
kindly asked to inform us by phone 630 776 205. Arrivals between 8 and 10 h p.m.
will be charged with 30,-- € as well as arrivals on Sundays. After 10 h p.m. an
instruction is not possible. The clients have to find the rented villa by
themselves. Then the instruction will be made on Sunday and be charged with
30,-- €.
Disputes:
For any dispute the Spanish jurisdiction starting with the court of Denia (Alicante) is responsible.
Refundable Security Deposit:
Upon collection of the keys a deposit of 200,-- or 500,-- € is payable in cash (according to the category of the accommodation). This amount will be act as a guarantee for the correct use of the property. This amount will be given back on the day of departure. We reserve the right to deduct any losses, breakages or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay and also the cost of extra cleaning, if the property is left in an unreasonable state.
